Seminaries of the Death Cult

Higher Ed Confidence

Americans’ confidence in institutions of higher learning has hit an all-time low according to a new Gallup poll.

Americans’ confidence in higher education has fallen to 36%, sharply lower than in two prior readings in 2015 (57%) and 2018 (48%). In addition to the 17% of U.S. adults who have “a great deal” and 19% “quite a lot” of confidence, 40% have “some” and 22% “very little” confidence.

Shifting Confidence

Americans’ confidence in higher education, which showed a marked decrease between 2015 and 2018, has declined further to a new low point. While Gallup did not probe for reasons behind the recent drop in confidence, the rising costs of postsecondary education likely play a significant role.

It could be the skyrocketing tuition costs.

Or, I don’t know … the brainwashing into the Death Cult.

LGBT identification at a notoriously left-wing Ivy League university has reportedly skyrocketed in recent years, with nearly 40% of students claiming to be something other than heterosexual.

According to a June 24 report by Brown University’s student newspaper, The Brown Daily Herald, 38% of students tracked in the paper’s Spring 2023 poll said they were LGBT. The rate is more than five times the national average and roughly 2.5 times the rate recorded in the school’s Fall 2010 survey.

Of the Brown University students who claimed not to be straight, 22.9% said they were gay or lesbian and 53.7% said they were bisexual.

The student newspaper noted that the percentage of gay or lesbian identification had dropped substantially since the university previously reported student data regarding sexuality in 2010. The report observed that “Students were also more likely to identify with a more diverse range of sexual orientations besides homosexual and bisexual in recent years.”

Additional options provided to the students now include “Asexual,” “Pansexual,” “Queer,” and “Questioning/Unsure.”

The Life Site report notes that approval of and participation in unnatural sexuality is on the rise nationally. But these Modern sexual heresies like gender theory and sodomy worship started in academia.

It’s established fact that all these schools of crude Gnostic mysticism that say you can inhabit a body of the wrong sex, or that nature can instill you with drives that thwart the sex act’s natural purpose, were cooked up by disturbed academics and doctors. Look it up.

Another historical fact that’s downplayed these days is that a lot of the Ivy League schools started as seminaries. Now they all are, but they’re turning out proselytes of the Death Cult instead of Christian clergy.

Brown Sexuality

Christendom’s abandonment of Christ has left people grasping for meaning. That goes double for college-age kids desperate to find meaning by adopting novel identities. The sudden popularity of these boutique deviancies as they’re invented by academics is just what you’d expect in a consumerist society where people treat sexuality like a display item.

Hipsters used to buy Apple products to signal their affiliation with the in crowd. Indulging in sins that cry out to Heaven for vengeance has been sold as chic since the 90s. Now it’s becoming banal, so the Death Cult priests who manufacture these ontological errors have had to invent new, ever more niche, sexual identities to meet increased demand.

There is no other rational way to interpret the chart above.

I’m serious. It looks like an OS market share graph.

OS Market Share

Some might try to argue that we’re just now discovering these new sexualities that had gone undocumented for millennia because the science is getting better.

The problem with that theory is that the science is not getting better.

It is getting worse.

And all the “born in the wrong body” stuff – whether pertaining to sex or animals – isn’t within the scope of empirical or social science, anyway. When you’re talking about the soul’s interaction with the body, you’re talking metaphysics. In that case, you need to bring metaphysical arguments strong enough to overturn some of the greatest minds in history. But the Death Cultists never try to argue metaphysics at all, let alone soundly enough to refute Aquinas, Plato, or Aristotle.

They just do what they always do, which is forego any attempt to defend their insane cult, pretend they already won the argument, and skip to moral grandstanding about how you’re a bad human for questioning their pieties.

Quick aside: You’ll notice the Cult’s growing habit of saying “human” instead of “person”. The former is a term of biology, while the latter is a metaphysical category. Their preference for the former is founded on their aversion to metaphysics.

Anyway, it’s good that people – Conservatives in particular – are catching on to the Death Cult seminaries’ racket.

This isn’t the 50s, or even the 80s. A generic degree is not a guaranteed ride to the middle class. It’s a one-way express train that leaves your kid an indoctrinated, decadent debt slave with all the fashionable kinks and catmom drug dependencies.

Yet many people – even those on the Right – default to their NPC programming and insist that college is necessary.

BoomerCons love chiding Millennials for being snowflakes. But many of them think their own kids are special outliers who will somehow resist assimilation into the higher ed collective.

But the facts beg to differ.

Your kid is not going to “Witness to others” by walking alone into the lions’ den.

Based Zoomers are not going to stealth infiltrate the ruling class through the Ivies.

These institutions’ function is not to educate students. It’s to induct them in a totalizing, fanatical cult. And they’ve gotten really good at it.

Everybody who’s been paying attention knows the old 9-5, gold watch after 30 years at one company model is gone.

The sheepskin-as-ticket to the suburban house with 2 kids and a boat on weekends was always a historic aberration. And now it’s over.

You don’t need to play house slave to a Death Cult-run megacorp. You can create your own job and be your own boss. With no crushing debt handicap.

Everything you need to know you can learn online.

So don’t give Death Cult seminaries four years of your time and tens of thousands of your dollars.

Don’t give money to people who hate you.

Which sometimes leaves them in a Catch-22 when arguing abortion. I have noticed a pivot to “no one has the right to be in my body!” in the past years.

The idea that kids would be able to overcome a hostile institution as an act of “witnessing” was always ridiculous. But it became clear that it was always a sham with the college vaxx mandates. Rather than being praised for standing up for their principles in refusing the experimental jab, college students were told “shut up and get the shot. Do you want to risk your degree?”

Before it had tacitly been “shut up and write the essay that your gender studies professor is looking for” but there was always some plausible deniability.

Fyi, other commenter’s names and emails are being autofilled on my browser in the comment box. Not sure why.

To the post though, interestingly, the homosexual share has not changed much. These folks clearly know who they are and what they want, which indicates to me that the rest of the “identities” are likely just conformist status seekers.
