This is just quick update to announce the winners of our Combat Frame XSeed Series 3 trading card polls.
And the winners are:
XSeed Metatron
We’re less than $150 from funding the cards. Back the campaign & crush that stretch goal!

First of all: Huzzah!
How many commitments can we get for purchasing trading cards? If we get at least $150 worth, can we unlock them now?
I state for the record that I will certainly order them if they get unlocked. (And I would have no matter what the winners were.)
For the rest, I hold that the Systems Overterrestrial Coalition must be destroyed.
If you're happy, I'm happy.
Since we're less than $100 from the goal with three weeks left, I think we're safe assuming this one's in the bag.
Also love that fan-art of the Kurfürst.
Looking cool and being heroic is spot-on.
For the rest, I hold that the Systems Overterrestrial Coalition must be destroyed.
I'm glad you approve. Logic Monkey and ArtAnon have agreed that the image above shall be the official Kurfürst trading card.
And now the goal has been met, and I've snagged the first set of the cards.
Exceedingly pleased.
For the rest, I hold that the Systems Overterrestrial Coalition must be destroyed.
Thank you for backing the campaign!
"Aumaan chose me. By fusing Anubis, Aumaan can become real. Look, the perfect fusion of Metatron! The destruction to end all!"
That's spooky because there's a villain in the next book visually based on Nohman.
Nice. When I first saw the design I thought I saw some influences tracing to Anubis.
Nohman was cartoonishly evil, but I love how the setting has an actual reason for that: metatron poisoning from operating early model Orbital Frames. Wish that they got a third main game…though it didn't do bad for a universe that started as a Metal Gear dick joke.
Performance anxiety after the sales bump from the MGS2 demo?
Heh, possibly. Don't know the actual timing. I just know he said he was drawing a humanoid Metal Gear with a "cockpit" on a napkin to make a friend laugh at dinner. And the more he played it up the more ideas he got and ran with it.
