      And this momentous decision come just after the one overturning NY’s restrictive gun licence law. So now pro choice activists contemplating firebombing or attacking pro life people and facilities will need to think twice. People can defend themselves

      • The NY decision is an OK start. It just means people in that state no longer need to write a letter to the authorities to get a concealed carry permit.

        Time to take a page from the Left and refrain “There’s much more work to be done!”

          Brian,
          I understand. Deweeding the Lord’s vineyards won’t be done in our lifetime but today a big chunk of weeds have been uprooted and burned.

            That is the wrong mentality to take.

            Our work just doubled, so start pushing twice as hard. The rest-on-our-laurels mentality is how Christians keep losing territory over decades.

            We can rest when we are resurrected.

            I appreciate your admonition but I’m not sitting on laurels. Rather it’s remind ourselves, this isn’t a fairly godmother waving the magic wand moment.
            We’ll have to continue deweeding but it’ll be a slow process.

    I will sing to the LORD, for he has triumphed gloriously;
    horse and rider he has through into the sea.
    The LORD is my strength and my might,
    and he has become my salvation;
    this is my God, and I will praise him;
    My father’s God, and I will exalt him.
    The LORD is a warrior;
    The LORD is His name.

      “Has thrown into the sea.”

      That’s what I get for not copying and pasting.

  2. Thanks, RBG. Your Gollum-like desire to hold on to the One Ring just a little while longer brought the monolith crashing down.

        Brian,

        God’s Providence shines through too. Today is both the Feast of the Sacred Heart and St Jean Baptiste.

    Hey Brian what do you think might happen if you were to give the Witch Test to the GPT-3 playground? Do you think it would respond as ordered? What would be the implications of it doing so? Just a Chinese Room thing or something else?

    Saint Clearance Thomas has a nice ring to it…

    • There should be a statue to that man in every town square in America.

    Still a good idea to stay away from protests and crowds tonight?

    • If you haven’t moved away from the Leftist urban hell-holes, then yes.

    • Andrew Phillips

      I think that’s a good idea, regardless of the occasion, unless one has a pressing need to be there.

    • The streets will be full of well-funded rioters with bail money waiting in escrow. Don’t go out and do the black hat mustache twirl for them.

    I think we are about to see what business Planned Parenthood is actually in. They’ve claimed to be a family planning group with abortion (and the baby parts business that goes with it) being a sideline. If they start closing up shop in red states, we will know for certain that baby killing was their main source of income. Much like euthanizing animals is PETA’s real business.

    • Rudolph Harrier

      Planned Parenthood lists a cost of $750 for abortions. (They say that it can be less, but they say this because of insurance and financial assistance, meaning that they probably receive the same amount of money or more in all cases.) In 2018 they admitted to performing 345,672 abortions. That’s about 260 million dollars of revenue from abortions.

      In the same year they list 369.9 million dollars of revenue from health services, the rest being from government grants and private donations. Thus from their own numbers about 70% of their revenue from “services” comes from abortions. And this is assuming that they are honest about their numbers, which they probably aren’t.

      • Rudolph Harrier

        Beyond that we also know that Planned Parenthood makes money by selling baby corpses left over from their abortions. (This is one of those stories that the MSM treats as “debunked” but no one ever really disputed that PP does this; the “debunking” all concerned whether it was illegal.) That’s another potentially huge revenue stream that PP doesn’t give any easy way to track.

        • If they have to tell you how baseless and discredited it is every time they mention it, that means it’s true, and denying it will now be a loyalty test.

          I firmly believe the “”discredited”” David Daleiden is ultimately responsible for this ruling. And still rotting in prison for it. Only man whose sainthood I ever considered discussing before he dies, and I don’t even know whether he’s Catholic.

      • Chris Lopes

        Those numbers are quite telling. PP is certainly in the baby killing (and harvesting) business, something that would have horrified their eugenics loving founder. For all her racial cleansing idiocy, Sanger (like most people of that era) saw abortion for what it was. She wanted to limit the numbers of “undesirables” by passive methods of birth control.
