Like all holidays, the international Liberal elite had degraded Independence Day into an orgy of shallow consumerism. These past years, July 4 has been a day for Boomers to grill and chug beer while remaining oblivious to the fact that America was a little worse than the year before.
This year, Americans remain second-class citizens in an occupied country. But we for the first time in a long time, God has given us cause to celebrate. The enemy retains a massive advantage, but it seems that everywhere we look, they have lost the initiative. That small speck of light signals that the darkness we stumble through does indeed have an end.
So take the time to gather with family and friends. Enjoy a burger and a beer. And look forward to the fireworks.
