Lucky for us, the anon who provided this classic UFO account has returned with an intriguing update.
Had an interesting conversation with dad yesterday at breakfast. We were listening to random Joe Rogan podcasts the last few weeks and this one we’d just done was the interview with one of the guys from the squadron that recorded the gimbal/spinning top UFO
This guy talked about this offshore training/testing airspace where they first started seeing this stuff on radar, then seeing it. Then they move down the coast to Florida and keep seeing it and that’s when they recorded Gimbal

But we realized that the first AO was the same one mom talked about the test pilots back in the 70s where they were seeing TicTac and it was messing with their test flights
It is interesting that the behavior is so consistent over time in these offshore AOs apparently

Are you familiar with the work of Dr. Thigpen on the subject matter? And if so, do you recommend it? I’m looking for tools of the faith to get my 84y/o and recently widowed father away from the ancient aliens crowd, which to me is people desperate to believe, aiming their faith at the wrong object.
